How it Began

The idea of Meladerm was originally conceived in the spring of 1999. The special team at Civant Skin Care wanted to create a product that was highly effective as well as safe for normal use. This process certainly didn’t happen overnight. It took a very long and extensive period of research, development and testing. Nothing was left to chance as the people at Civant wanted to hone this breakthrough product to perfection. After 4 long years, Meladerm was finally deemed ready to be put out on the market. The product was first sold to the public in the fall of 2003.

How it Works

Safety for the consumer is of paramount importance to the people behind Meladerm. Therefore, there are no harmful substances such as hydroquinone, mercury or bleach. Instead, Meladerm is made up of all-natural ingredients such as mulberry, licorice and bearberry plants. These extracts are synthesized in order to target melanosomes (which are responsible for the pigment of your skin) as well as the enzyme tyrosinase to lighten the desired areas of your skin. This process can take anything from 2 weeks to 2 or 3 months, depending on the user, so patience is key to seeing results. Click here for Meladerm Reviews

Meladerm’s Purpose

Meladerm is primarily used to reduce hyperpigmentation, on the body and face. Which basically means it’s used to lighten areas of the skin. It can also be used to achieve an even skin tone by reducing uneven areas of the skin as well as dark spots. Many different imperfections on the skin can be treated with Meladerm. As mentioned before, this includes acne marks, aging spots, and scars. But, it can also be used for sun damaged areas of the skin, freckles, birthmarks and dark areas around the elbows, knees and underarms, as well as many more.

How to Use Meladerm

Before you use Meladerm, you should wash and dry the areas of your body and face you wish to treat. Apply an even layer of cream over the desired areas twice a day (in the morning and at night) and rub the cream in thoroughly until it is completely absorbed. Performing an exfoliation scrub achieves even better results. A lengthy amount of sun exposure should be avoided while using this product, as well as tanning beds and sun lamps. Also, you need to wait 10 minutes before applying makeup or sunblock to the treated area. To be safe, a dermatologist should be consulted before use. Click here for Meladerm Reviews

It’s All in the Preparation

Meladerm is able to stand out from all of the other skin care products on the market because of the time and energy that is put into its creation. The people at Civant have put in an exhausting amount of research and development to make sure that it is as effective as it can possibly be. They also take great care with the ingredients, storing the extracts in vacuum desiccators for preservation, as well as micronizing and filtering all the ingredients. In order to prevent skin irritation, only the most efficient preservatives and moisturizers are included. Civant Skin Care asserts that “Meladerm contains the highest concentration of active ingredients tolerated by the skin”.
